For Halloween

I found a porcupine skull on one of the trails recently.

It's now sitting on a rock at the side of the trail. It's in this picture.

This view is looking uphill along the trail in question. No more hints.

(I've gotten some responses from people trying to locate the skull in the photo. That's fun too! Especially if you can't get out on the trails to find it in person.)
